All dishes are prepared on site with quality ingredients, served fresh and fragrant with herbs, often sourced from our garden. We are eco-friendly, relying on local reliable suppliers. On the basis of carefully selected products, our Chef Sylwester Szczepanski composes a rich palette of flavors and aromas and colors.
We serve traditional Polish sourdough sourdough soup or a variety of handmade pierogi, but also exquisite main dishes recognized in international cuisine, such as beef tenderloin steak or lamb chops. We also recommend Italian pastas, which are the chef's specialties, or the exceptional carpaccio with arugula and Parmesan cheese, which is recognized by our guests.
Due to the seasonality of fruits and vegetables, we regularly update our menu. Recognizing the abundance of nature's gifts at different times of the year, we create additional promotional sets of seasonal dishes.
